October 7, 2020 Meeting - Barbie Wymore, County Extension Agent at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Emily Kalinec Jim Wells County Miss United States Agriculture and JWC Council President
Special guest speakers were Barbie Wymore, County Extension Agent at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Emily Kalinec Jim Wells County Miss United States Agriculture and JWC Council President. Both presentations were based on their involvement with the Jim Wells County 4-H Club.
What a perfect time to have them present this is week is National 4-H Week. Mrs. Wymore mentioned due to COVID-19 adjustment were made on how they met. They came up with virtual activities that keep everyone engaged.
The are always active and busy with community projects or activities. Currently they are working on Nursing Home Care Packages and of course their involvement with the JWC Fair this month.
